Someday I Will Treat You Good

Age Exchange Games Day

Posted by: Andrew Brown on: 7 March, 2008

age exchangeI’ve been a fan of Age Exchange in Blackheath ever since I first visited a few years ago.

They’ve always been very innovative in finding ways to develop intergenerational work and understanding and the centre itself is a fabulous resource.

So if you’ve not been then this might be the excuse you’ve needed. They say:

A day to play old and new games. All sorts of games: Carrom, Mancala, Shove, Ha’penny, Skipping, Hopscotch, Marbles, Dominoes, Jenga, Bagatelle, Pub Skittles, Rummy, Quoits, and lots more to raise money to support Age Exchanges continuing work with older and young people. Refreshments available all day. Soup and sandwiches, home made jam and cakes.
