Friday Curry

brown the chicken add an onion, curry powder and cinnamon

add tomato and stock and simmer for 15 mins serve with basmati rice

Taken from Nigel Slater’s Real Fast Food.

I added half a butternut squash to the recipe, which I’d cooked in the oven for 20 minutes and introduced to the curry near the end along with about 100g creme fraiche.
