Another Sophie Grigson recipe.
These meatballs are a mixture of pork and beef mince to which you add a grated onion, some all spice, ground nutmeg, salt, pepper, an egg and breadcrumbs. I also put in a bit of chili to give them a bit more of a kick.
Once you’ve mixed this up add milk until it is soft but still coherent. Then shape and fry in oil.
cool name. so simple . i might even try these.
It might be a good one to do with the kids, if they’ve got a hands on attitude to food.
