A very easy Jamie Oliver.
Cut up a few leaks (one per person), and gently fry them with a garlic clove in butter and olive oil for 10 minutes.
Then add 50g of mascarpone per person and let it melt into the leaks (I added crème fraiche too (but that’s not in the original recipe.). This takes about 6 minutes, and if the sauce is a bit thick then you can add some of the pasta water.
