Stir Fry with Prawns and Cuttlefish

With stir fry I don’t tend to follow a recipe.  Its more to do with the ingredients I’ve got in the fridge and whether I’ve had time to marinade.  Tonight we didn’t and the mix seemed to work pretty well.


Ingredients

  • Cuttlefish
  • Red Cabbage
  • Green beans
  • Sugar snap peas
  • Red onion
  • Garlic
  • Red pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • Prawns

Method

Flash fry the cuttlefish until they’re golden brown, then remove them from the wok. Add all the vegetables and stir fry for 3 or 4 minutes, add the soy sauce and the prawns. Return the cuttlefish and continue to stir for another minute.

Serve with noodles.
