    Fennel is one of my passions.
    It makes my vegetable stock stand out and sliced with lemon, extra virgin olive oil, cumin, black pepper and salt it’s a fabulous salad.
    I also cook risotto with fennel and (tuscanian) sausage and that’s quite interesting too.
