Morrocan Spicy Chicken and Fragrant Rice

The chicken was marinaded in chilli flakes, cinnamon, lemon juice, pine nuts and raisins, and then fried.

What can you do? Pick up a bag of dried lime leaves next time you’re in Deptford High Street. They are a store-cupboard essential! (What do you mean, you’re never in Deptford High Street? Tsk!)
