Sea Bass

An adaptation of a Jamie Oliver recipe.

The fish is rubbed (inside and out) with sea salt, black pepper and fennel seeds and sits on top of a bed of red onion, garlic and half a lemon cut into slices. I stuffed the caverties with corriander, sqeezed a lemon and a lime over the fishes and cooked them in foil for 20 minutes (240 C).
