    Hi Andrew, I would have been crazy to report about the consultant dual capacity if I hadn’t hard evidence of this.
    He was introduced to us as project manager for Loampit Vale at a consultation meeting at the pool in October and we had then been dealing with him as project manager in a series of emails requesting and obtaining information on the project.
    When I read his name on the Council’s website as the man in charge of the consultation I was quite surprised, but that was the case indeed as confirmed again by a series of emails between us.
    I thought long and hard as to whether I should make this information public, his letter to the respondents tipped the balance.

    Fair enough Max and I’m sure that if the council or the consultant feel you’ve been unfair they’ll let you know.
