Nice piece of serendipity that Richard S appears in the same round-up as some horrible Scottish creature describing London politics as “the political equivalent of the Morris Dancing World Cup Qualifying Round (Balkan Section)”, which I’m sure Richard would agree is a compliment not an insult.
