I love where I live

I smile at a neighbour I’ve never spoken to and within ten minutes we’ve got a handful of the best looking beans you’ve ever seen and the promise of courgettes as well should we need them.

Drop a note through another neighbour’s door and we’re fixed up with a cat feeder when we go on holiday.

The people who live on my road are very, very lovely.
