Things Magazine is one of my favourite bits of the web just now. So my heart beat a little faster when they said:
Interesting how you can sometimes stumble into a whole patch (good collective word for weblogs? probably not) of locally-focused blogs, all lovingly compiled and unexpectedly revealing. Perhaps they’re no more revealing than any random geographic cluster of linked weblogs, but what might seem like epically Pooterish esoterica is transformed into fascinating insight when you realise that the locales, characters and events being discussed are within mere miles of your own location.
Unfortunately, for us, the patch they dropped in on was a few miles west of our lovely borough.
Still you really ought to add the site to your favourites anyway.
It’s one of the best-designed blogs/sites I’ve seen in a long time… subject matter interesting too… this may rapidly be joining my RSS list
Andrew, just saw an advert for this conference http://www.bearhunt.org.uk/youtube.htm and thought of you. Meanwhile, have come up with my household management tips, but need to find time to write them up.
Vanity, thy name is Andrew Brown. . .
Too right! 🙂
