Shoot out the lights?

I’ve just seen that the Council have an online questionnaire about whether they ought to turn off the lighting on Lawrence House.

This was a matter of some debate while I was a councillor, with one former Lib Dem group leader comparing it to a Dutch brothel as part of her arguement for turning them off.

I was more sympathetic, feeling they humanised Catford during the evening, but even I’m not sure they need to be on all the time.
